If you watch Justified, you’ll notice that Boyd Crowder dresses just like a hipster, but not ironically. I suppose people living in the backwoods of Kentucky don’t know much about hipsters and their wardrobe.
The Evidence:
Cardigan? Yep.
Glasses he probably doesn’t need? Check.
Plaid shirt buttoned all the way to the top and hair that looks like he just woke up? You bet.
Jacket that a modern day Abe Lincoln would wear or a jean jacket with a fur collar? Of course.
His clothes might actually be too fancy to be hipsterish. Are we supposed to believe that this criminal spends all his stolen money on these clothes? Because they don’t look cheap to me. .
If only the ‘Boyd works in mines because they are so underground’ joke had been in here, this would be a transcript of every conversation northy and I had about Boyd last season.
